You are all invited to a panel on physicians and detainees.This event is a unique opportunity to listen to Dr. Stephen Xenakis, a retired brigadier general in the U.S. army and a psychiatrist who examined victims of torture of Guantanamo and fought against torture and the involvement of psychologists in interrogations. (in English). Dr. Galit Artom, PHR-Israel board member will present the association's work in defending the right to health of inmates.
